1.5 Quart Flat-Bottomed Pot The Butter Pat Eric is a flat-bottomed cast-iron pot, as smooth on all surfaces as our award-winning skillets. The Eric pairs with our oven-safe pressed 8" Glass Lid, to create a small braiser casserole or small fryer. A little over a quart in volume.
