An exemplary coffee from the region that made washed Ethopians famous. The Halo Hartume Washing Station is managed by father and son Mijane and Daniel Worassa and they’ve taken significant strides towards increasing traceability of their coffees. This fully traceable lot has the classic Yirgacheffe flavor profile of soft florals and light fruit. We tasted black tea, rose, dried berries, and apple: a subtle and complex cup with a slight lemon acidity.
