Our Haddock is caught in the pristine, cold waters off the coast of Iceland. Haddock cooks well in most all fish recipes and resembles cod while containing twice the level of omega-3s.  Try it lightly seasoned and seared in a pan if you've never had it before - a mild, delicate, and delicious fish!
